What is Conquest?: Conquest is a city-wide mobile treasure hunt for visitors in Lisbon. Players follow a live map, complete challenges and unlock rewards from selected local partners, then head to those venues to claim them.
Is Conquest an official Web Summit event?: No. Conquest is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or organised by Web Summit. We simply run it during the week the city is packed with international visitors.
Why should we join now?: Featured spots on the map are limited and assigned first come, first served. The week is Lisbon's busiest for international visitors, so the partners who lock in early get the attention before the map fills up.
Does it cost anything to participate?: No. For this activation, local partners contribute a reward, discount, voucher, ticket or experience instead of a fee. There is no payment required from local partners.
What kind of reward can we offer?: Anything that brings players through your door: tickets, vouchers, guided tours, promo codes, mobility credits, food and drink offers, upgrades or small gifts. You stay in full control of what you give and how many.
How will visitors redeem the reward?: We agree the redemption method with you before launch. Common options include promo codes, QR passes, guest lists or a quick manual confirmation at your location. Nothing to install.
Do we need technical integration?: No. It's designed to be effortless. You provide the reward details, redemption conditions and basic brand information, and you can be live in minutes.
Can our organisation appear on the map?: Yes. Selected local partners appear on the Conquest Lisbon map, in the reward section and in related player challenges. The earlier you claim your spot, the better your placement.
