Data we process

Newsletter and partner brief: your email address and language, with double opt-in confirmation (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Partner and booking forms: the contact, company and offer details you submit, used to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Server logs and the map provider may process your IP address to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Map tiles

The landing map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap and Stadia Maps. Your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to those providers when the map renders, and only after you accept cookies.

Payments

Paid bookings are handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin) and PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.a r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg). Card data is processed by them, not by us. We store only booking references and payment status.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law (for example, statutory retention periods for invoices). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@moumint.com.
