What Conquest is

Conquest is a mobile city game operated by Moumint GmbH during a period of high international visitor traffic in Lisbon. Players explore the city, complete challenges and unlock rewards offered by local partners.

Partner participation

Participation as a local partner is free of charge. Instead of a fee, you offer a reward such as a ticket, voucher, discount, experience or small gift.

Submitting the partner form is a non-binding request. A partnership is formed only once we confirm your participation in writing, for example by email.

Your reward and redemption

You define the reward, its quantity and its validity period. You are responsible for honouring the reward for eligible players during the agreed period through the redemption method agreed in advance, such as a code, QR pass, guest list or manual confirmation.

You confirm that you are entitled to offer the reward and that it complies with applicable law.

Use of your brand

You grant Moumint GmbH a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your name, logo and reward details within Conquest and in related promotion for the duration of the activation. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time by emailing us.

Our role

We provide the game, your placement and visibility to players. We do not guarantee any particular number of visitors, redemptions or business results.

We may decline or remove any partner, reward or content at our discretion, for example where it is unlawful, misleading, unsafe or unsuitable.

Paid startup bookings

Separately from local partner participation, startups may purchase a paid slot. Such bookings are made in EUR including applicable VAT where stated, are subject to review, and are covered by the cancellation and refund policy.

Liability

Moumint GmbH is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for culpable injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

Applicable law

German law applies, without depriving a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of habitual residence.
